If a registered user or customer is unsatisfied with our service, please email us at contact@radianttranscripts.com with relevant details such as application number, payment receipt, and reason for refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds will be processed to Indian bank accounts only. The refund process takes a minimum of 7-10 working days.
Conditions for Refund
- If supporting documents submitted with the application are found to be FAKE, FORGED, ALTERED, or TAMPERED with at the time of submission to the University/College, no refund will be issued, and legal action may be taken by the University
- In case of cancellation or rejection of an application before submission to the university/institution, a Cancellation Fee of up to Rs. 2000/- of Service Fee and Payment Gateway Charges may apply.
- No refunds will be applicable if an application is cancelled or rejected after submission to the university/institution.
- If the university/college authorities request applicant contact information for any reason, we are obligated to disclose it.
- Applications will automatically close after 2 months if placed on hold due to lack of information, incomplete supporting documents, fake documents, or any other reason after submission to the university. No refunds will be applicable in such cases.
- Estimated completion time provided are based on historical data or past experience with delivery times by educational institutions. Actual completion times may vary for any reason depending on the university.
- If education records collected from the University/institution are not retrieved by the client/applicant within 2 months for any reason after processing, no refunds will be applicable.
- Radiant Transcripts is not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or damage to education records after dispatch, including tracking provided by courier/postal services. Such incidents are subject to the policies of the respective courier/postal companies.
- Radiant Transcripts will not be liable for any loss or damage to official transcripts, attested mark sheets, or degree certificates due to university errors, postal errors, accidents, thefts, natural disasters, etc. Reprocessing of applications in such cases will require repayment of service charges and university fees by the client/applicant.
- If the service charges and university fees paid by the applicant are less than the actual fees due to technical issues or any other reason, Radiant Transcripts may request the applicant to pay the additional amount.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Radiant Transcripts reserves the right to reject any application or refuse service to anyone for any reason without providing explanations at any time.
